Three bedrooms: 2 w/Queen, 1 w/2 Twins. Queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs sitting area and one queen sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room. Each bedroom has its own full bath, ceiling fan and cable TV with DVD and CD player.

Central AC/heat, ceiling fans, 5 cable TV's with HBO and Showtime, 5 DVD's, 2 VCR's, DVD and VHS library, wireless internet access, Nintendo Game Cube, stereo w/CD player, extensive book library, clock radios in each bedroom, iron/ironing board, board games/puzzles, 2 phones, 2 microwaves, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The exterior offers outdoor hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning bench with hose, charcoal grill, Adirondack chaise, rockers and chairs. Screened porch with swing, decks, and covered parking.

NO CITY WATER; filtered and chlorinated harvested rainwater which could be limited during extreme drought conditions. Back-up system offers treated well water with a filtering, softener and chlorination system. Culligan water with two water dispensers.
